1. What is the return policy?

Pre-conditions for Return and Exchange: Following requirements must to be fulfilled prior to Organica accepting any item for return and exchange.
• Return need be done within 3 days from the date of delivery along with the original bill.
• Item returned must be in its original and unused (fully resalable) condition, with all the tags & packaging (undamaged packaging/box )

Delivery of Incorrect Product or Damaged Product: In the event of delivery of incorrect product (includes different from the ordered product) to the customer or delivery of physically damaged product to the customer

• The Customer must inform the customer service center within 24 hours of delivery.

2. How do I cancel the order?

3. How do I check which items are not available in my order?

You will receive a call if any products are not available before the delivery/pickup of your order.

4. What can I do if my order has not been delivered on the due date?

We try our best to avoid delivery delays. However, under current circumstances if your order has not been delivered on the due date, we will be informing of such delays in advance or you can contact our customer care on 0777888706.

5. How do I check the current status of my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a call with your order details. Before the dispatching your order, we will reconfirm the address provided by you by contacting you through the contact number provided.
